- Eligibility for Returns
– Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

– The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. - Non-Returnable Items

– Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
– Customers are responsible for securely packing the product for return shipping. - Refunds
– Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
